Our classes are structured around the "functional fitness" mentality. We want to help prepare your body for LIFE; maximizing range of motion and minimizing pain and injury.
How? By training your muscle groups to work together, strengthening & stabilizing your core, and pushing you to your peak performance.
Each class is a varied combination of functional movements performed at relatively high intensity, amplifying your physical and mental ability so you can excel in all areas of your life.
Our Functional Fitness Program helps to build a strong foundation for everyday activities and increased health and longevity. Functional Fitness includes everyday movements, focusing on cardio endurance, muscular strength, range of motion, core strength, explosive power, and flexibility.
9am – 10am
ROMWOD is a video guided program that is designed to increase range of motion and generate power to promote efficiency of functional movements through improved position and posture. Range of Motion is optimized through the strengthening of ligaments and tendons while simultaneously removing excess fascia through specific stretching routines. Recovery is then increased through the natural release of hyaluronic acid while simultaneously resetting the central nervous system.
Our Fundamental Training Program offers a chance for new members as well as people who are wanting a modified version of our regular Functional Fitness Program to work up to the full Functional Fitness Program. The Fundamental Training helps to prepare the muscular-skeletal system and connective tissue to perform explosive and technical multi-joint movements. The Fundamental Training Program last 90 days with an evaluation to gauge how far along your personal development has come every 30 days.
We try to have a Community workout at least once a month open to the public. The Community workout is a friendly competition that promotes teamwork and camaraderie.
